How to Update Settlement / Debit Bank Account Details

A guide to updating Bank Account details for Settlement and/or Debit.


To request a Change of Settlement / Debit Bank Account details, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Complete and return the ‘Change of Bank Details’ form along with a bank issued copy of Account Statements or Bank Account Deposit Slip/s for the nominated accounts. On-line statement copies are not accepted.

  2.  Forward Change of Bank Details form along with statement to admin@payrix.com.au to be reviewed by our Risk and Compliance team.

  3.  Notification of approval or rejection.

    1. If approved, Bank details will be updated immediately.

    2. If rejected, information clarifying reason and what is required will be forwarded.
